Job Summary
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for managing the monthly close activities of Financial Analysts and the preparation and distribution of financial statements. Manages the department’s day to day performance of their jobs. Ensures project, department milestones and goals are met. Active contributor to monthly financial analysis and in the budget, process providing account analysis to assist in budget preparation. A qualified candidate must be detailed oriented, have strong analytical skills, and display a strong work ethic. This individual would be immersed in a culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Supervisory / Managerial Responsibilities
Directly manages subordinates who may carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
