Job Summary:
The Compliance Analyst, who will report to a Credit Service Manager, will be a Data Governance Steward, responsible for processing and resolving data inquiries/errors for customer setup in Connected (Salesforce) and PeopleSoft. Inquiries/errors are resolved by researching issues, customer data, and working with the respective Credit Analysts and field office representatives to review and update customer records electronically or for activation purposes. The Compliance Analyst will become an SME for the team and eventually assist the managers by running point with reports associated with daily deliverables to ensure we’re providing high-level customer service to all key partners.
Essential Functions:
- Utilize Dun and Bradstreet to research client demographic information
- Process Data Correction cases and maintain manual accounts created in Connected by Account Managers
- Submit investigations to Dun and Bradstreet to research potential errors
- Partner with IS, IM&R, Tek and Program Managers to assess data clean-up efforts
- Partner with SS&O team(s) and IS to ensure accounts are tied properly in Connected to the appropriate SS&O owner(s)
- Process CRG forms accurately and in a timely manner
- Work with Credit Analysts to research and investigate potential CRG errors
- Assist CSM with monthly Write-offs, PeopleSoft Audit/clean up (SIC Codes, Terms, Ratings, Credit Class etc.)
- Validate and update customer profiles in PeopleSoft
- Timely and accurately audit and process the placement of accounts with our outside law firm/collection agency
- Partner with FSG, Credit Analysts, the field and other departments to ensure GTW CRG’s are completed in a timely manner
- Participate on calls with IS on Data Governance issues
- Assist in training of new Data Governance Analysts and scheduling events for the department
Minimum Education/ Abilities/Skills:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or a college degree preferred
- Ability to learn and use new software applications
- Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently as a member of a team
- Must be detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills

Job Description:
This financial operations role is focused on providing outstanding support to all departments within our company, including business development, talent acquisition, operations teams and executive leadership. The Actalent SCD Front Office Business Analyst partners with Actalent SCD financial operations leadership team to help develop, manage, maintain, and report on the company's financial and operating performance. Essential Functions:
- Create, generate, and manage a portfolio of financial performance reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis for various departments including executive leadership, delivered through BI Platforms including Tableau & SharePoint, as well as email.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data and business requirements to support business operations and management and provide reporting and analysis in a consumable format and tell the story behind the numbers verbally and through data visualization
- Make recommendations for and/or create business process changes, process modeling and benchmarking activities to meet customer or operational requirements
- Support operational planning activities such as forecasting & investment recapture Compensation management, tracking, and payout for Actalent SCD Business Development Managers.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst

Job Summary:
The Instructional Designer will work with organizational stakeholders, SMEs and/or L&D partners to design, develop, and implement learning programs or solutions for any department within the company. These programs or projects will be developed and delivered in a blended format. This position will be responsible for engaging in the full instructional design and development process and will also be responsible for using and recommending technology-based tools to improve the instructional integrity of Actalent’s learning materials.
Essential Functions:
- Design, develop, and maintenance of interactive and engaging materials for multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led training (classroom and virtual), self-paced web-based training, and other training and development support (e.g., facilitator guides, participant workbooks, PowerPoint presentations) using adult learning principles
- Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and peers to conduct needs analysis, define learning objectives, design, create/develop, implement, and evaluate content
- Creates and edits scripts, job aids, storyboards and supporting media (e.g., audio, video, simulations)
- Revise and update current training materials and resources according to system and design changes
- Follow instructional design and development standards for all existing and future training materials that support continued quality, speed of delivery, and learning reinforcement
- Conduct front-end analysis including scoping and root cause analysis of training gaps and pain points
- Assist in the evaluation of instructional effectiveness for course materials that are produced
- Communicate frequently and effectively with various project collaborators to ensure that goals and objectives are being met
- Publish and manage material in the learning experience platform (LXP)
- Collaborate with shared services teams to publish web-based courses and print training and support material
- Creates and regularly updates project plan(s) including managing details and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track for self and stakeholders.

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides a high level of administrative support to the Regional Vice President and the Vice President of Strategic Operations. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to leadership and senior management teams at Actalent West Coast Corporate. Essential Functions:
• Provide high-level administrative support to 2 Vice Presidents; including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; scheduling meetings and conference calls; prepare expense reports; arrange complex and detailed travel and accommodation plans, itineraries, and agendas
• Act as the liaison between the Executive team and all departments as well as outside partners on all matters pertaining to the executive operation of the organization
• Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, meeting minutes, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
• Maintain financial reports for the DFO and finance team
• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company
• Plan meetings and events of varying sizes and scope; tasks include, budgeting, content development, registration management, attendee communications, agenda management, travel and hotel accommodations, menu selection, AV requirements, preparation and distribution of program materials and onsite coordination

Business Support Associate
Job Summary
The Business Support Associate is responsible for providing timely and value-adding customer service to our customers including, but not limited to candidates, contract employees, clients and internal partners (both in the field office and corporate or center). This is a customer-facing role that will require ongoing support of customer interactions, problem resolution, and maintaining general office operations, via telephone, email, and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
Contractor and Client Onboarding
• Support candidate onboarding process, including I-9 form review and completion and validating I-9 documentation, providing assistance with pre-employment paperwork completion, distributing PPE and other assets as needed
• Support client onboarding process, including driving AT&E utilization
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g. expired documents, expired compliance)
• Assist with contractor training and certification requirements
Lifecycle Management
• Serve as contact for contractor questions, and facilitate communication to the center through ACT and Cases to help resolve onboarding or payroll and invoicing issues (adjustments, lost checks, invoice issues, etc.) with a goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution
• Partner with the center through Cases to update contractor records for address updates, direct deposit changes, etc.
• Manage the processing of live paychecks
• Manage contractor travel booking requests
• Direct unemployment filing questions and workers compensation inquiries to the proper teams for resolution
Operational Support Activities
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Partner with talent acquisition to manage internal onboarding for all field office/on-premise hiring, including I-9 and onboarding paperwork completion, setting up desk, etc.
• In partnership with BSS, manage internal payroll process
• Asset distribution and collection for new internal hires and terminations
• Maintain outstanding levels of administrative support to all internal and external employees and resolve issues related to process and technology questions
• Serve as primary liaison between field office producers and corporate or center-based teams, and find opportunities to drive partnerships between the center and field employees
• Provide education and accountability to field office/VOP producers around important processes, including timely ESF submittal, timely CRG submittal, timely finish ESF submittal, etc.
• Serve as point of contact for real estate communications (support any in-office updates/moves/installations), and property management
• In partnership with BSS, manage office purchasing (P-card reconciliation) and vendor management (copier maintenance, kitchen appliance service, etc.)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory

General Description:
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the financial reporting team. They are responsible for the income statement review and analysis. They are responsible for preparation and coordination of reporting to Parent company. They review and maintain reporting for the financial reporting package and various other reports for stakeholders in operational departments. Financial Reporting Manager works close with the Financial Reporting Controller to prepare the budget/forecast. Respond to inquiries from operational controllers and provide analytical support for financial reports. The manager must display the qualities of a leader and ability to manage others. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop thorough understanding of the reporting structure
- Develop thorough understanding of the reporting and budgeting systems
- Analyze financial information from all components of the organization
- Develop integrated spread, cost of sales, and pricing forecast and analysis, using complex spreadsheet and database applications
- Collaborate with various components of the organization to analyze detailed budget by account and work with Directors of Financial Operations and Regional Controllers to provide detailed financial analysis of monthly financial statements relative to budget
- Assist in developing and documenting annual budget process/models
- Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance
- Assist in the analyzing and interpreting the results presented in the monthly financial reports and the forecast
- Provide ad-hoc analysis of various financial and operational metrics as needed

The Future Leader is responsible for learning the three phases of business that Actalent supports within a local operation. This includes Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support. The Future Leader must have strong business acumen as they will be interfacing with not only Actalent employees but candidates, contractors and clients as well.

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the front-end candidate pipeline creation, candidate qualification screening. As more fully described in the essential job functions below, this role is primarily responsible for sourcing and prescreening, candidates to be interviewed and considered for Aerotek customer requisitions by Aerotek recruiters.

· Drive G2 process – document all touch points and relevant updates to candidate status

· Connect candidate to recruiter on relevant requirement (candidate hand off after G2 process)
