General Description:
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the financial reporting team. They are responsible for the income statement review and analysis. They are responsible for preparation and coordination of reporting to Parent company. They review and maintain reporting for the financial reporting package and various other reports for stakeholders in operational departments. Financial Reporting Manager works close with the Financial Reporting Controller to prepare the budget/forecast. Respond to inquiries from operational controllers and provide analytical support for financial reports. The manager must display the qualities of a leader and ability to manage others. Job Description
The Business Operations Associate (BOA) is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to external customers as well as corporate and field office employees. The BOA is proficient in the management of customer accounts; this includes project reporting, funding reporting and collection of customer accounts receivable along with the maintenance of the projects & managing the inflow from T&E through OASIS to PSPC. The Executive Assistant provides a high level of administrative support to the Regional Vice President and the Vice President of Strategic Operations. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to leadership and senior management teams at Actalent West Coast Corporate. - Act as the liaison between the Executive team and all departments as well as outside partners on all matters pertaining to the executive operation of the organization

- Sourcing qualified STEM professionals through various recruiting tools

- Performing critical relationship-building activities, including coaching your consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day of work, and keeping in touch throughout their employment to ensure their satisfaction and engagement

You Will
You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, including:
- Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Sourcing qualified STEM professionals through various recruiting tools
- Screening potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment
- Communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for starting their new roles
- Performing critical relationship-building activities, including coaching your consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day of work, and keeping in touch throughout their employment to ensure their satisfaction and engagement
- Maintaining a network of consultants that align with top industry-specific skill sets
- Building trusted relationships with your network of STEM professionals to ultimately be seen as a partner in helping them advance their career

Our Qualifiers
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus
